You cannot and will not appreciate a person until he or she is gone. Be thankful for every little act he or she has done for you. Look at the person, not the intention. It is never too late to say ‘i am sorry’ or ‘thank you’ or ‘i appreciate you’ or ‘i love you’. Simple words but carry a world of meaning when sincerely uttered. Say those words now, for there is no other time as certain and as real as today. Do not wait for tomorrow, it may never come.. or tomorrow, he or she will not be here at all to hear you say those words.
